I, Maurizio D’andrea, am from Naples and a contemporary artist. I have been mixing and matching colors since I was a 14 years old kid. My artistic capabilities span over almost four decades.

I have always looked inside myself and never had the time to look outside. That is what my creativity thrives on: “My Inner World”. My thoughts, emotions, feelings, psyche, and reason mix and match together to create magic appreciated by the world surrounding me.

Letting my conscience and sub-conscience mind mingle with each other and delving into my soul’s depth helps create my acrylic paintings that speak volumes and strikes more profound into the observer’s mind and soul.

That isn’t all. Besides being a creative contemporary artist, I have worked in digital graphics, sculptures, generative art, photography, and video art. Being able to capture the moment that describes the scene clearly and the mood is what I love when I take pictures.

Art never stays the same over time. My art focuses on an ever-changing world where vivid colors describe scenes in different moods and styles. My digital work, made with deep colors, focuses on different themes, including silence and a woman’s struggle for liberation.

My digital work also includes pieces of code and artificial intelligence, making every digital work a unique product of my thoughts. Working with sculptures and video making has shown me a different inner-world where I can experience and express art in another form.

Every artistic piece that my mind produces and transforms it onto a canvas revolves around messages of the soul, social themes, abstract concepts, impressions, and contemporary art.

The will to experiment with colors, studying various artistic techniques and my rising creativity keep my god-gifted talent fresh and unique. My future goal is to exhibit my paintings in various art galleries of the world to make my art known worldwide.

My artwork has gained a serious reputation by winning numerous awards and certifications awarded by the major art competitions held in different European and Italian cities.
